We wanted to create a hot chocolate that would be chocolaty and delicious but healthier so we could drink it guilt free. We need our chocolate! So we came up this awesome mushroom hot chocolate that is antioxidant-rich and full of adaptogenic awesomeness. It has a nice amount of richness and is well rounded with a little cinnamon and vanilla. This does not taste mushroomy at all, so don’t worry. It still comes out creamy even with almond or oat milk (my usual) as well. It is sugar-free and can be easily sweetened to your ideal taste. I have it with a teaspoon of honey and that is perfect for me.
